collaborative + systemic supervision for pre-licensed clinicians
Post-graduate supervision for Colorado Licensure
I offer post-graduate supervision for clinicians seeking licensure in Colorado.
My supervision philosophy is rooted in professional integrity and ethics. I want to support you in further developing the clinician you are. I work with passionate clinicians that want to be challenged to go beyond typical professional consult to reflect on your deepest self-of-therapist insights.
What to Expect
-
I encourage you to think systemically, examine relational patterns and overall have a reflective practice to develop your self-awareness, and professional identity.
-
I encourage my supervisees to examine their personal biases, emotional reactions, and self-of-the-therapist issues to support their professional identity development.
-
As someone who started my own private practice, I may act as a mentor to support you in either developing or growing your own private practice.
-
Professional case consultation to encourage you to be the therapist you are - using systemic thinking and encouraging you in your own theoretical orientation and positioning as a clinician.

I am an AAMFT Approved Supervisor Candidate. I am qualified to offer you AAMFT approved supervision under the supervision of another AAMFT approved supervisor until I meet the requirements (2026). I have taken the AAMFT supervision course and I work as a supervisor at Regis University in their Department of Mental and Behavioral Health.
